Principal's Message
Welcome to Week 4!
It's hard to believe we are almost at the halfway point in the term.
Last Friday, our community gathered together for the annual P&F Sundowner on the oval. With a slip-n-slide, fairy floss, sausage sizzle, ice-creams, and obstacle courses, there were definitely plenty of smiles and laughter on display. A huge thank you to our P&F Committee and all volunteers who helped make the event a memorable one. We are lucky to have such generous parents.
Student in Years 1 to 6 are completing their URStrong survey this week. The URStrong program is a friendship and resilience program coordinated at Sacred Heart School by our Social Worker, and supports the wellbeing of our students. Through URStrong, students learn to maintain healthy relationships, manage conflict with kindness, and increase their overall resilience. Further information, including access to the URStrong Parent Portal is available below.
Lastly, we look forward to Constable Care incursions next Friday 1 March, and the wonderful cooler weather heading our way.
Thank you for your continued support of our wonderful school.
God Bless
Mark Tenney
Principal

We raised money for Caritas by selling pancakes for a gold coin donation. Thank you to everyone for participating. We were able to raise $222.00 which can provide a handwashing sink to a household in Samoa so that cleanliness and hygiene is accessible to a family.
A big thank you to Meegan, Amy, and Jay who donated their time to come and help us out.
2024 Student Residential Address Collection
Please be aware that the school will be providing the residential addresses of our students to the Australian Government’s Department of Education and Training (AGDET). Non-government schools are required to provide this information in accordance with section 21 of the Australian Education Regulation 2013. The data is used to determine the Socio-Economic Status of each school. Any updates/changes to addresses need to be done via the school and not the Department of Education.

PLEASE NOTE: For the ease of Canteen operations and our volunteers, Quickcliq is the preferred method for ordering recess and lunch. Please see instructions below to assist with set up and ordering online.
QuickCliq Online Canteen Ordering
Canteen orders can be placed using the link below. A log in will need to be set up if it is the first time ordering. To place your order select MEAL ORDER, select your child and start ordering! Orders close at 9am on Wednesdays (Canteen day).
Canteen Helpers Needed Each Week
For the canteen to operate each week two volunteers are required. We would love to see the Term 1 roster filled for the rest of the term and into next term. Hours: Wednesdays – 9:00am to 1.30pm. Even if you can only spare an hour or two. This makes such a difference! Maybe you could help with a 9:00am to 11:30am or 11:00am to 1:30pm shift.
Volunteers are still needed for the following dates:
Term 1
Wednesday 13 March
Wednesday 27 March
