Picture Retake Day

We appreciate your help in getting your child to school on time for a successful start to their day.

• Settle into their classroom
• Participate in the day's opening activities (also known as Morning Meeting)
• Hear important announcements and instructions
• Get breakfast from the cafeteria

To gather valuable insights from our families, we are launching a Thought Exchange survey for parents and caregivers. This survey aims to understand your experiences with conferences and gather key learnings about student progress. If you would like to participate in the survey, please click the button below.

Every student should have received a picture envelope from Coffee Pond now. If you ordered a photo package, all your photos should be included in the envelope. If you have not yet ordered and wish to, you have two options:

• Order online at coffeepond.com/SchoolPortraits.aspx
• Complete and mail the order form included with your photo proof directly to Coffee Pond.
  
  

Class Pictures will be distributed to all students when the retake photos are received in December.

• Date: Monday, November 18th (early AM after start of school)
• Who can participate: Students who missed the original picture day or want their photos retaken
• Important: If your child is getting retakes, please send them with their original photo envelope and pictures on November 18th to give to the photographer
• Sign-up required: Please use the provided link to register for Picture Retake Day

Please note that student dismissals ideally should be scheduled around the classroom daily routines. Recess typically follows lunch period, and students are also committed during band instruction, instrument practice sessions, and Related Specials classes. To ensure minimal disruption, we kindly request planning any early dismissals outside of these designated activity times. Grade level lunch times are listed below:

K: 11:30 - 11:55

1st: 11:15 - 11:40

2nd: 11:45 - 12:10

3rd: 12:00 - 12:25

4th: 12:15 - 12:40

5th: 12:30 - 12:55

Lancaster Youth Basketball Kindergarten to Grade 2 registration is here! 8 weeks, Saturday Mornings at MRE starting in December (no sessions during holiday break) No nightly practices. Each session will be skill building followed by scrimmages where all kids get to play
