Our school year transition will take place the morning of August 19th. Transition papers will be sent home the week of August 5th please be sure to sign those and return them by August 15th.

With the new school year just around the corner, we would like to invite our Toddler 2, Beginner, Intermediate

and Pre-K students to our Meet the Teacher Night. This is a great opportunity for your family to

spend some time in the classroom exploring the new environment, chatting with your new teachers and playing with friends, new and old! Our Meet the Teacher Night is on Thursday, August 15th from 6-7 PM.

As we get ready to kick off a new school year, we want to make sure you're kept in the know. In addition to this newsletter, the "For Parents" section of our website also includes links to our menu, monthly calendar, and school year calendar. If you’re not currently receiving photos and daily reports for your child, you can easily change this by downloading the Links 2 Home app on your phone. Just type "Links 2 Home" in the search bar for the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading, you can register with the same email address that you used to enroll your child in our school.

Have you changed your email address or phone number? Need to add or remove an emergency contact? You can do this at any time in Alma. If you need help logging in or accessing the system, please let us know.

Do you know a colleague who has recently had a baby, a friend in need of care who just relocated to the area, or a family member who is seeking a new preschool for their child? When you refer a friend and they enroll, you’re eligible for a free week of tuition. Invite them to our open house on Saturday August 5th. Ask us for details!

On May 26, 2021, the Swanton family's lives changed forever. Their youngest daughter, Sloane, was diagnosed with a brain tumor called a Pediatric Clival Chordoma. There is no treatment protocol for chordoma, especially in children. Sloane underwent 2 brain surgeries, 3 rounds of chemotherapy and was placed on a ventilator twice. Unfortunately, the tumor stopped responding and started to grow despite all of the medical interventions she received. Sloane lost her battle to chordoma on September 14, 2021, at only 18 months old. Sloane was a student at Enchanted Care Learning Center, and we are proud to support her family by raising funds to support pediatric chordoma research in her honor.
