I hope you had a wonderful weekend! Don't forget that this Friday, March 1st, is a noon dismissal. After Care is available. This Friday is the end of the 2nd Trimester. It is hard to believe that the school year is two thirds of the way over. Report Cards will go home on Friday, March 8th.

Please keep the 2nd graders in your prayers this Saturday. They will be receiving the Sacrament of Reconciliation at 10am.

Yesterday, we had a beautiful school Mass for February. Kindergarten joined the rest of the school for the first time, and they did a wonderful job. Monsignor reminded the students that Lent is a time about coming closer to God and not just giving something up.

• We are starting our BANG cookie sale next Monday, March 4th. Please see flyer below.
• We are still looking for two coaches who would like to coach Track and Field this Spring. Last year was our first year and our students did extremely well! We would love to continue the sport this year. If you are interested, please contact Mrs. Foster at cfoster@smsunion.org.
  
• We are also looking for some people who will help on the school musical. we have a parent who is running it, but it would be fabulous if we can get some helpers for her. Please email me if you are interested.

We have now opened registration to new students. If you intend to register for the next school year, but you have not already done so, please send in the registration as soon as possible. We have a number of grades that are near capacity, and I would not want to inadvertently give away your place to a new family. If you have questions or need registration materials for younger children, please contact Mrs. Z.

I am pleased to announce that our Spirit Store is finally open! These items are available all the time using the following link. They will be shipped to school one time each month. Spirit items may only be worn on Fridays and designated Spirit Days. These are not uniform items. You may also wear last year's spirit items. Spirit items must be worn with the uniform. These are not dress down days.
