Spiritual Emphasis Week Recap
Satan hates it when we dive into the Word of God, but that's exactly what we did last week! Pastor Esquibel, Mr. Quemado, and Mr. Hecker delivered powerful messages about living a Godly-life. Students learned:
- They need to make choices that are in line with what God has planned for them.
- That they need to live by God's standards and not the world's.
- That if they want to be strong in their faith, they need to "work out" their Christianity by reading their bible, praying, and hanging out with people who would encourage them to live like Jesus.
Students also split into girls and boys groups to focus on identity and righteous living.
We pray that you would talk with your child about the things they learned and help them to live up to the standards and plans that God has for them!
