- Tomorrow is the Last Day to turn in Homecoming Guest Pass Applications for Non-BV students. Applications are Due at the front office by 3:30pm. NO EXCEPTIONS!
- Purchase Homecoming tickets online at GoFan.co - Tickets $20 w/SB card and $25 w/o.
- Use student ID as access code. Only one ticket per id#.
- Ticket Sales END Thursday, Oct. 10 at midnight. NO Ticket Sales Friday or at dance!
- BV Homecoming Night Rally is Tomorrow! Dessert Trucks, Cornhole and Spike Ball from 6 - 7pm with Rally to follow from 7 - 8:30pm in the stadium. Enjoy homecoming royalty nominees presentations, class competitions and watch BV band glow in the dark performance. Don't miss the "Race for the Oscar" by teachers in inflatable costumes!!
- In preparation of Tomorrow Night's HOCO Rally wear your Class T-shirt or Class Color to School Tomorrow. Stop by the Quad at Lunch, students who dress up can enter a raffle to win a Drone and dressed up staff can enter raffle for a Roku TV.
- Attention All Students Who Ride Bikes to School: BIKE RACKS will Soon be relocated to the GATED ENCLOSURE by ROOM J6. More info. to come!

Athletic Events
Support our Bronco Athletics at these upcoming sporting events! Free home admission with your ASB card!
Come support Girls Volleyball home games TODAY against Ponderosa. Freshman start 4:30pm, JV at 5:30pm and Varsity at 6:30pm.
- Boys & Girls Soccer Conditioning will now be held on Mondays & Wednesdays 3:45 - 5:00pm, grass fields behind tennis courts. Wear shorts & t-shirt, bring water and running shoes/cleats.
- Reminder: Students wanting to play sports, including conditioning, tryouts and practicing, must be cleared through Sports Net before you can start! Physical Forms are available in the front office.
Fall Sport Highlights
- Cross Country - Hosted the Tom Laythe Invitational at Willow Hills Course (Folsom):
- Varsity Boys -Finished 11th with Calvin Fear finishing 28th
- Varsity Girls -Finished 4th with Zoe Corder continuing her amazing season finishing 4th overall
- F/S Boys - Finished 6th with Connor Hooper finishing 11th overall
- F/S Girls - Finished 7th with Ruby Rogers finishing 27th overall
- Field Hockey JV won 1-0 vs Corning JV Record 4-3; Varsity won big 8-0 vs Corning Varsity Record 5-2.
- Flag Football had 3 games this week including the makeup games for the Cowbell Classic vs Casa Roble. JV won their first game of the year vs Casa 12-0 but lost the other two; Varsity came from behind to hold on to beat Casa 13-12 but lost the other two as well. JV Record 1-8-1, League 0-6; Varsity Record 7-7, League 2-4.
- Football was back at home this week.
- Varsity lost another close one 23-34 Record 0-6
- JV battled to a Tie 8-8; Record 3-2-1
- Freshmen lost 0-21; Record 0-5-1
- Girls Golf had two matches this week. I have not had an update from the coach as of this email. Record 2-3
- Girls Tennis lost 3-6 to Vista del Lago.
- Girls Volleyball lost to Vista del Lago. Frosh Record 1-8, League 0-5; JV Record 0-9, League 0-5; Varsity Record 4-10, League 0-6.
- Water Polo competed against Ponderosa, losing close games. JV/Varsity Boys competed in the Dixon Jamboree over the weekend. Results were not available.
- Varsity Boys Record 3-8; League 1-3
- Girls beat River City early in the week. Varsity Girls Record 4-7; League 0-4
- JV Boys Record 2-7; League 1-3
- JV Girls Record 3-5; League 1-2
On going Reminders...
- SB Cards ($50), Class T-Shirts ($13-limited sizes available) and Student Planners ($5-quantities limited) are still available to purchase in the Finance office with Cash/Check.
- PSAT Testing: 10th & 11th grade students - Wednesday, October 30th
- Testing begins at 8:30am. Anyone late will not be able to test.
- 12th grade students arrive at 11:00am for an important Senior Meeting in the large gym
- 9th graders should arrive at 11:40am
- All students will begin Regular Classes at 11:50am
- Attention AP Students: Students wanting to take AP Exams in May, must sign up to register No Later than Wednesday, November 6 at 11:59pm. All exam registrations must be completed through Total Registration, cost per exam $105. Any financial concerns, please email Mrs. Sowa.
- Attention Juniors & Seniors! Have you thought about a military career. The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) Test is being held on Thursday, November 14, 11:00am - 2:00pm in the BV Library. Sign up in the College & Career Center for a pass to attend.
- The College & Career Center has upcoming College & University Representatives visiting BV and upcoming College Application Workshops. Stop by the CCC to sign up for these events.
