A Message From Mrs. Carmody
Dear Fremont Families,
It was wonderful to see and meet so many of you at our PTO Trunk or Treat event and our class parties. Thank you to the PTO for hosting such fun and community building events!
Halloween is always exciting in a school. The students are so proud of their costumes. I was "scared" many times yesterday! My costume was Joy from the movie Inside Out. I am truly joyful as a part of the Fremont community!
Don't forget there is no school on Tuesday, 11/5.
We look forward to our Veterans Day assembly on 11/11. RSVP is needed for veteran attendance. Please see below.
In gratitude,
Beth Carmody

Erin's Law
All public schools in Illinois are required to provide instruction in grades PreK-12 about sexual abuse prevention, as a result of Erin’s Law (which is an Illinois law).
This topic will be covered in your child’s Healthy Minds class for all full day Kindergarten, First, MAP 1-2, and Second Grade students during the next rotation of instruction.
Please be sure to open all attachments.
A letter of explanation from Fremont’s Assistant Superintendent of Learning, Dr. Bullis. The waiver is available on page 2 of this document.
