We are required by the state to screen all students in Preschool, Kinder, 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, all student in exceptional education, and all students new to TUSD. It is always the Maxwell Health Offices goal to screen all students if we can so that all students have a current hearing and vision screening each year!
If you would not like your child to participate in the hearing and vision screening, please submit a hand written note that we can put on file for your child and we will exempt them from the screening.
