We are excited to invite you to our first Veterans Day celebration on November 11th! We would love to honor all veterans who are related to our students, as well as our teachers who are veterans in the Moore Middle School community.

Event Details:

• Date: November 11th
• Time: Lunch from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM
• Location: Library

We can’t wait to celebrate and honor our veterans together!

We hope to see your student tonight from 6-8pm at The Fright Fest in the Moore MS Cafeteria. Our incredible PTSA has put together a night of dancing and spooky, good fun featuring DJ Mosley. Tickets are $10 at the door. We will have prizes for school-appropriate costumes (with no weapons and no masks or hoods) and pajamas. Concessions will be for sale at the event in two locations and there will be plenty of photo ops.

1. 2018-2022 black Lincoln Navigator (note the all red style tail lights, 2023 and up model Navigator have red/clear split tail lights)
• Male driver
• Has a tag-along style red tool kit or luggage kit kept in the rear hatch area of the vehicle (unclear picture attached for reference)
• Typically shows up Saturday or Sunday morning to play tennis
2. Late model silver 4 door GMC pickup with flat bed cover and large chrome/polished style wheels
• Male driver
• Typically shows up Saturday or Sunday morning to play tennis

If you have any information on either of these two vehicles, please email Officer Thomas. These vehicles typically park in the circle drive sometime during the weekend mornings. If anyone observes either one of these vehicles during the weekend, they are NOT known to be dangerous, but please don't approach them. Simply write down the license plate number and email it to Officer Thomas.

Our Homecoming Pep Rally is on Tues, Oct 22 during Advisory Period from 3:35-4:05pm. We will be celebrating football, volleyball, cross country, cheer, Belles, band, and choir.

Any student that does not wish to attend the pep rally will have the opportunity to go to an alternate location, which will be announced the day of, to be supervised by campus personnel for the duration of the event.

If you are interested in coming to see your child(ren) perform, please fill out this form prior to Mon, Oct 21 at 10am. You MUST fill out this form for each individual planning to attend. We ask that no more than two family members attend for any given student and that elementary-aged or younger siblings stay at home.

Please arrive by 3:20pm to be escorted to the gym. If you already have an ID on file, we will print a badge for you. If you do not have an ID on file, plan to arrive a bit earlier. Bring your DL to be scanned in to print a badge.
