The Viking Culture this year is to "Win the Day". We challenge all students and staff to pick 1 goal each day to accomplish. When you have succeeded with that 1 goal, you have "Won the Day!"

Here are a few ways to "Win the Day"

• "Flip the Script" on struggles/challenges and make them successes!
• Follow "Kaizen" - strive for continuous improvement each day!
• "Be Kind" - smile, say hello, look out for your fellow vikings! Remember - everyone is going through a battle we may not know.. Be Kind Always!

In order to finish strong for the 2024-2025 school year, Cerro Villa is encouraging students and staff to "Level Up" for the remainder of the year. "Leveling Up" means being better than we were in the beginning of the year. As we accumulate our "Win the Days", we are "Leveling Up"!

Thank you to the 36 guest speakers who took time to speak with our CV Vikings! A variety of careers were available for students to choose from. CV 8th graders also had the opportunity to view the variety of electives Villa Park HS has to offer through the CTE Fair.

Tuesday, March 11th marks the last day of Trimester 2. School will be on a minimum schedule, with dismissal at 12:34 pm.

On Friday, Villa Park HS Counselor, Mr. Bulrice presented High School graduation requirements, UC/CSU requirements and course selections for next school year. VP Counselors will be back on March 17th to meet with students for course selections. Also, May 1st will be VPs Athletic Night which showcases all athletics and summer schedules.

This is a major fundraiser for our school and a fantastic community event! 100% of the proceeds directly support our outstanding academic, athletic, and cultural programs on campus.

• Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased from any VPHS Booster Club, at the breakfast, or PFSO Website.
