• Our School Day begins at 8:40am and ends at 3:25pm. Please ensure that your child is on time for school and stay the whole day. If you are dropping off after 8:45am, you must sign you child in.
• Attendance is very important at MPS. If your child is absent, please:
• Call the office (630)529-9788 OR
• Email the office- mpsattendance@medinah11.org
• Picking Up
• If you are picking up your child from school, please call or email the office by 2:00pm. Even if you email the teacher, you NEED TO email or call the office.
• We make a list of students' transportation from school for all the supervisors to use so we ensure the safe travels of our students. When calls come in at the last minute, it can be difficult.

With the changing temperatures and colder weather upon us, it is important to remember to send your student to school in temperature appropriate clothing (warmer coats, hats, gloves etc.). The buildings are also having temperature changes, so it is important to send your student to school with a sweatshirt and layers for the fluctuating temperatures. We will go outside if the real feel temperature is 10 degrees are higher. If you have any questions or need any assistance, please reach out to the health office.

The student are reminded that they need 5 things to go into the snow: boots, snow pants, a coat, gloves and a hat. If they do not have all five things, they stay on the blacktop during recess when snow is present. Also, please make sure that your child has shoes to change into. Students had wet socks and boots after recess today with no extra shoes to change into.

Order Form sent home with students this week. Please note this event is taking place at Medinah Middle School.

Please make sure to label your child’s coats, sweatshirts, lunchboxes, etc. We want to be able to get them back to them when they are left in the lunchroom and outside.

Healthy Snacks

Just a reminder please make sure your child brings a healthy snack every day. Examples could be fruit, vegetables, granola bars, yogurt, apple sauce, cheese sticks, etc……

Quest Lunch:

Lunch orders will always be due the Wednesday one week prior. Their student ID is located on the Chromebook on the tech card. Please when ordering online with Quest you completely check out and make sure you receive an email confirmation-To Order and view menu- Click Here

My School Bucks:

District 11 has a new online fee payment system called My School Bucks (MSB)-Click Here

MSB is a user-friendly, online payment system with a single sign-on. You can create an account, add your student(s), and see ALL of your students in one account.

If you need your child's student ID it is located on their Chromebook on the tech card or you can call the office at 630-529-9788.
