The BCE Parents Club will be sending you bi-weekly newsletters to keep you in the loop of all the fun activities coming our way and all the small and big ways you can help our school. Here are some highlights to keep an eye out.


🍦Ice Cream Social is TODAY from 5-7pm @ UPPER CAMPUS!

The first scoop is free for all BCE Students, tickets will be sent with students after school.


$1 per scoop for everyone else and extra scoops. Proceeds go to 5th grade Science Camp

River Dogs will be selling food from 4:30pm till they run out (10% of their profits goes to 5th grade).

September 30th is the last day to receive 10% off your yearbooks!


πŸ₯‚πŸŽΆπŸ’ƒπŸ½οΈ 2nd Annual BCE Gala Auction | Jan 20th, 2024

Pre-sale tickets are available for purchase. Click here to buy your tickets and join in on the fun! This event is open to the public (21+ over) you don't have to have a kid at BCE to attend. Ticket includes Dinner, Dessert, Entertainment by Santa Cruda, Silent & Live Auction, 2 Drink Tokens, and 1 Raffle Ticket. Kids Night Out will also be offered again this year, stay tuned for more info. For questions about this event please contact auction@bceparentsclub.org


The BCE Gala is also accepting donations and sponsorships. Have a business with something to offer? Too much wine in your cellar? A vacant vacation home? Extra sports tickets? No item is too big or too small,- and it's tax-deductible (always double-check with your CPA though!).

🎟️Drive for School Tickets | Sept 12 - Oct 22

All money from our ticket sales goes directly to BCE to fund programs, events, and supplies. PLUS! You could win some awesome prizes, which you don't need to be present at the drawing to win. A book of tickets was sent home with kids so check those backpacks. Please write checks to BCE Parents Club. Return ticket stubs and money to your classroom teacher or the office. πŸ‘•Lost and Found

Our goal is for Lost and Found to be organized, all lost items around campus to be in lost and found, and for any trash to be thrown away. This year a grade will be assigned to each month. Parents of those students will compete in a class party at the end of the school year!


September is for 5th Graders!


πŸ“šBook Fair | Oct 16-20th

Mrs. Callahan needs volunteers for the upcoming Scholastic Book Fair in October. Please consider signing up for a volunteer shift or two - sign up here to help out

Don't forget to fill out our volunteer interest form and mark your area of interest. When the event draws near the organizers will reach out to you with volunteer opportunities. There are lots of ways you can help, big or small.

🎟️ Drive for School September 12 - Oct 22

Hosted by Santa Cruz Boardwalk. All proceeds of this fundraiser go 100% to our school.


Each ticket purchased enters your chance to win $25,000 or 100 other prizes. All families will be receiving 1 book of tickets ($25 worth). Each ticket is $5 or 6 for $25 (a book's worth). Tickets are sold starting September 12 through Oct 22nd.


The drawing will be on Sun, Oct 29th. You do not have to be present for the drawing at Boardwalk, however, each ticket purchased provides you with a free parking pass at Boardwalk on Drawing day. Info about SC Drive for Schools and Prize list - click here

🍦Ice Cream Social September 22 - TODAY

Event is TODAY from 5-7pm on campus at Uppers.

Every student will get 1 free scoop ticket from their teacher on the event day and additional scoops are available for $1/each (cash and credit card accepted).


Proceeds from this event is to offset the cost of 5th Grade Science Camp (4 night excursion).
