Congratulations to the March students of the month! These students earned a spot on the Student of the Month wall, candy bar, and a future pizza lunch. Jr Class Job Fair
Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are excited to inform you that the Junior class will be going on a field trip to Mount Gilead fairgrounds on Thursday, May 9, 2024. This trip is a valuable educational experience that will enhance Career Planning and provide students with an opportunity to explore multiple Mobile professions. Permission slips must be filled out and given to Mr. Church by 4/12/24.
Details of the Field Trip:
Date: Thursday, May 9, 2024
Departure Time: 9:20 am
Return Time: 1:30 pm
Destination: Morrow County Fairgrounds
Transportation: School bus
Cost: There will be food trucks at the Career Fair where students will have an opportunity to buy lunch. There is not a set amount for each student to bring but keep in mind that each student will be responsible for their own lunch.
What to Bring: dress according to weather, money for lunch at food trucks.

March was Developmental Disability Awareness Month.
March is Developmental Disability Awareness Month. Today at Highland, students wore orange and signed the "All= All" banner to support kindness and acceptance of everyone. Great job, Scots!

Tues. May 21, 2024 Seniors Last Day of Regular Classes and Locker Clean-out.
Wed. May 22, 2024 Sr. Exam periods 1, 4, 9
Thurs. May 23, 2024 Sr. Exam periods 2, 8
Fri. May 24, 2024 Sr. Exam periods 3, 5-6-7
*** Senior exams will take place on Wed 5/22, Thurs 5/23, and Friday 5/24. The bell schedule will not change for those days. Seniors will take their exams during the regular class time. Seniors will be permitted to leave early, after their exams on Thurs and Friday since the previous day's exams will be completed.
Sunday June 2, 2024 is Graduation @ 2:00!
