Intent form for 25-26 school year
As part of our preschool program, each year we ask all families to complete an intent form. This will allow us to support students transitioning to Kindergarten, as well as know how many students will be returning to Sutter Park. This intent form is for the 2025-2026 School Year. Please complete this by February 7. For students remaining in preschool in the fall 2025, children are placed in the AM or PM depending on their birthday. A child will be placed in a PM session if their birthday falls between October 1, 2020-July 31, 2021. They will be placed in an AM session if their birthday falls after August 1, 2021. Please note that students in a Foundations classroom may attend AM or PM.
