- Lunch account balances can be paid via check or cash to the front office.
- Please review the Dress Code reminders from our Family Handbook in order to avoid having to bring any appropriate items to school, and to help us save time addressing anything not allowed. All of these expectations are to be followed on out of uniform days.
- Shoes: No open-back or open-toe shoes. Fashion or snow boots may not be worn during school, unless at recess with all appropriate attire to play in the snow. No clogs, crocs, boots, sandals, moccasins, slippers, flip-flops, Uggs (or the like), or heeled shoes. During wet/snowy weather, if boots are worn to school, they must be taken off in the classroom and appropriate shoes must be worn in the classroom.
- Make-Up: No make-up is allowed. This includes, but is not limited to, eye color, mascara, eyeliner, blush, lip stick/gloss, face glitter, foundation, bronzer, artificial nails, and artificial eyelashes.
- Jewelry: Girls are allowed to have 1-2 piercings per ear lobe. These earrings need to be studs (1/2 in in diameter or smaller) or small hoops which hug the ear lobe (no dangling, cuffs, or chained earrings). Boys are not allowed to wear earrings. No other piercings are allowed. Perfume, body spray, scented lotions, etc. are not to be applied at school because of students/staff who have asthma or allergies.

Enrollment Information for Current Families
Information & Instructions for 2025-26
We are excited to open registration for the 2025-26 school year for our current families! Updated tuition rates are attached below for your review, along with a tuition comparison to provide extensive information regarding the financial priorities for our school community - smaller classroom sizes & quality teachers! We are also very excited to be using a new tuition management system this year, FACTS, instead of Blackbaud Tuition Management. Steps are below to provide instructions for setting up your family's account. Please note, re-enrollment closes March 31st.
Steps for re-enrollment include:
- Click here to notify us of your plans for the 2025-26 school year by March 31st!
- After submitting the form, click the link provided in the last window to create an account in FACTS and set up your payment plan. We will not be using Blackbaud for next school year.
- See attachment below for detailed instructions and screenshots of this process.
- Contracts with finalized tuition amounts will be sent at the beginning of May through FACTS.
- Non-refundable registration & educational technology fee ($200) will occur in May. This will be the final step in the registration process to confirm enrollment for next school year.
Financial assistance opportunities:
- Children's Scholarship Fund opens February 5th through May 3rd. Click here to apply for CSF.

St. Cecilia Child Care Summer Program
Registration is now open, and spots are filling quickly for the St. Cecilia Child Care Summer Camp! Open Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, we provide care for children ages 6-13 with a variety of fun and engaging activities. Pricing below includes breakfast, snacks, and lunch, plus transportation and admission for all field trips!
