- Candidates and Mentors, thank you to all who responded to the interest form to help us decide which breakout sessions to offer.
- We will send an email when we return from break (January 2025). We will be using Sched to sign up for the content and strategy sessions of your choice.

ILP REVIEW #2 DUE FRI., DEC. 13TH
Use the following checklist to review your (or your candidate's) ILP prior to submission:
- Title Page
- INSERT a picture in the space provided at the top-right of the first page.
- Mentorship Accountability Log (MAL)
- HYPERLINK the MAL Google Sheet
- SUBMIT the signed PDF to the appropriate Google Form on website. (Mentors do this.)
- Inquiry Cycle #1, Part 1: Classroom Context
- Complete Teacher Identification
- Respond to Questions #1-12
- Inquiry Cycle #1, Part 2: CSTPs and Goal-Setting
- Respond to Questions #1-7
- Inquiry Cycle #1, Part 3: Triad Meetings
- Link the Triad Meeting Agenda in #1
- Respond to Question #2
- Inquiry Cycle #1, Part 4: Professional Learning
- Complete Candidate Observation Form and Entry
- Complete Mentor Observation Form and Entry
- Complete two additional professional learning experience entries with linked evidence

- Complete one entry that includes video evidence (2-4 minutes in lengths with teacher instruction and student learning)

- Complete four just-in-time support reflections.

UCSD EXTENSION CREDITS
Apply for UCSD Extension course credits through Induction to advance on the salary schedule!
Review the UCSD Extension Flier to apply for In-Service Course Credit! Please be sure to enroll in Quarter 2 if you are applying for the first time for Quarter 2 and enroll in Quarter 6 if you applied this time last year. This process is voluntary and will allow you to earn credits for Induction, submit your UCSD Transcript to HR, and increase your position on our Salary Schedule.

5. Select ‘Pass/No Pass’ grade option
6. Click the Continue button and complete your enrollment

To request a transcript, please visit: https://extension.ucsd.edu/student-resources/transcripts. These must be submitted directly from UCSD via email or hard copy to Celeste Reyes in SUHSD Human Resources.
