Lates to School and Class!
Parents we need your support getting your students to school and class on time. We are averaging 150 students a day who are late to school each morning. We run a late sign in report and will be issuing detentions for every 3 lates a week. Please support getting your student to school on time each day. Our first class begins at 7:30.
We are also encountering students who will go to WAWA and Dunkin in the morning and they are arriving well after 8am. Students cannot leave school grounds once they arrive off the bus or their cars. Please help to support us with this expectation.
4 or Less Attendance Campaign
For the 2024-2025 school year, the Brandywine School District is adopting the 4 Or Less = Success school attendance campaign to promote good student attendance. Good attendance means coming to school on time and staying all day, every day, which is key to every child’s success. After all, students must be present to learn!

Parental Support Needed
Recently we have seen an increase in damages in our boys restrooms throughout the building. We are asking for your support. Please talk to your students about the importance of maintaining our school community and environment safe and clean. This is our home away from home and if we damage our spaces it impacts our sense of belonging.
Thank you for your support!

Requirements for Visitors
All visitors are required to present a state issued ID or driver's license to be scanned through our swipe system before entering the building. Please have your ID ready upon entrance to the main office if you have a scheduled meeting.
Where is the Bus App
Beginning the 2024-2025 school year, all Brandywine School District buses will be equipped with the WheresTheBus Barcode Combo Reader, which requires students to enter or scan their student ID upon entering the bus. This will ensure consistent student identification whether they have the ID card with them or not. Parents can receive an immediate push notification when their child enters the bus.
