Expression Project
Some of our English classes had the opportunity to enter the Hastings District Council's Expression Project. It is a creative writing competition where applicants express their thoughts about Hastings in 20 words or less. There are 5 winners across the Hawke's Bay who have each won $250 worth of vouchers of their choice, and their words have had original artwork commissioned. The winning words and accompanying art have been made into window displays. Congratulations to Heath Lawrence and Logan Timmins who are both winners. Logan's winning words are on display at 109 King Street South and Heath's is displayed at 318 Heretaunga Street West.
Well done to Logan and Heath!
