IMPACTing our School for Success - Every Person, Every Day
A Message from Mrs. Holloman, Principal
Dear Inspiration View Families,
Welcome back to school! It is going to be a great 2024-25 school year at IVES! We are looking forward to seeing you all at our Family Orientation Day on August 2nd. To start the year off with a smile, we have designed the day to offer several fun opportunities for students to enjoy! The bouncy house is back as we know that was a favorite!
Our theme for the 24-25 school year is “IMPACTing our School for Success - Every Person, Every Day!” We want to give our custodian team and front office team a special shout out as they have worked tirelessly this summer to prepare the building for a great start to the year. They are already IMPACTing those around us every day! Throughout the year, in newsletters and at assemblies, we will share with you the amazing IMPACT students and staff are having within our building as we seek to continue to make IVES a great place to learn, work, and lead.
Thank you for your support of our Boosterthon fundraising event. We are excited to announce that some of the funds raised were used to purchase a Character Education Program called Lead Worthy! It comes with lessons already written and ready to share with students. The first quality we will learn about and put into practice is Empathy. We will be sharing each monthly trait with you so you can partner with us at home. In addition, we will embed the learning into our morning announcements and our amazing Student Leadership Team will also be supporting this important work. In addition, teachers were able to purchase items for their classrooms to positively IMPACT the upcoming school year for students. Thank you for making a positive IMPACT at IVES!
Please take some time to read through our newsletter. Lots of valuable information is inside to help everyone prepare for a great start to the school year!
We are honored to work with your children this year. Thank you for entrusting them to our care.
Proud to be Pegasus,
Pam Holloman

$35.00 Personalized Learning Fee ie. Personalized learning instructional tools and related training provide a manageable, high quality means to increase academic growth and achievement for our students such as Lexia.
$30.00 Technology Insurance Fee (Optional). This will cover device damage (Chromebook, iPad, Macbook, etc.) that may occur if your student damages or breaks a device - accidents happen! With the insurance fee, a one-time repair or replacement is covered. Should the device need more coverage, parents will be asked to pay another fee of $30 to cover the device. If you elect not to pay the fee, then the parent or guardian will be billed for the entire cost of the repair or replacement.

A little about Campfire Coffee: Corey Cantrell the owner of Campfire Coffee and an entrepreneur at heart, believed that one day he could touch the lives of many through genuine conversations, and a good cup of coffee. His aspirations began around a campfire, where he would speak freely of his dreams, passions, and ideas with loved ones and friends. After leaving the United States Army, he wanted to continue giving back to his community. He came across Veterans Coffee Roaster’s in Colorado Springs and loved the idea that they donate a dollar for every pound of coffee purchased to Vets for Vets, which is a non-profit organization that helps homeless veterans get back on their feet. Corey has big plans for the future growth of Campfire Coffee and hopes to be able to open a store front in Colorado Springs where people can come together and enjoy an awesome cup of coffee.
Kona Ice will be on site from 3:30-6:15pm
