Volley for a Cause Bake Sale: Please help support Mrs. Tomlin's 8th grade health class and their bake sale efforts by donating baked goods for our Volley for a Cause bake sale next week! Belonging Week
Next week will be celebrating Belonging Week at Hastings! We will have a spirit week, a guest speaker from Best Buddies join us on Wednesday, and other fun activities at lunch time and in advisory!

Communication with athletic trainers
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center provides athletic training services for students at Hastings, Jones and Upper Arlington High School. When working through a student athlete’s injury or sports-related health concern, the athletic trainers use the Healthy Roster app for convenient and secure communication with families. If your student participates in school athletics, you will soon receive an email with more information and an invitation to set up a Healthy Roster account.
International Travel Opportunity: Central Europe
We are excited to announce an international educational travel opportunity in June of 2026 that will be open to current 8th, 9th and 10th grade students. Kim Brown and Cynthia Ballheim from Upper Arlington High School will be leading a Central Europe tour through Berlin, Dresden, Prague, Krakow and Budapest.
We will be offering a parent information session where you can learn all about this tour including itinerary specifics, academic opportunities, costs and enrollment options — and meet the tour leaders. The session will be held Wednesday, April 2 at 7 p.m. in the first floor North Learning Commons at Upper Arlington High School, 1625 Zollinger Road. If you weren’t able to attend one of the community meetings, please visit our website to see the options and share your thoughts by March 9.
