October 2, 2024 - Memorial of the Holy Guardian Angels
Dear Saint Patrick Families,
Today we celebrate the Memorial of the Holy Guardian Angels. Whether we are Christian or not, the Church teaches that every person is gifted with a guardian angel. The guardian angel is a spiritual companion who watches over us, guides us, and helps protect us on our journey throughout life.
Guardian angels are also messengers of Godโs love. They stand by us at all times. In moments of uncertainty they offer guidance to steer us toward what is good and true. They celebrate our joys, comfort us in sorrow, and inspire us to make choices that align with the virtues of faith, hope, and love.
We are never alone. In Matthew 18:10, Jesus says, โSee that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that their angels in heaven always see the face of my Father in heaven.โ No matter our background, faith, or circumstances, we each have an angel who intercedes for us and guides us toward our true purpose that we were created for.
We can acknowledge and thank our guardian angels for their constant presence and protection. We know that we can turn to them in prayer and ask for their guidance. Through their care, we can grow in courage and faith, and strive to see Godโs presence in the people around us and in ourselves each day.
Many blessings,
RIck. Logue

This year, we're excited to spotlight two amazing students each month as our Students of the Month! Teachers and staff nominate students who are going above and beyond, and then we all come together to vote for the winners. For September, we're thrilled to announce that Daniel Dumolt and David Cortes-Marquez are our Students of the Month! Congratulations to both of them for their hard work and dedication!
๐ Lunch Menu
Weโre beginning a fun new addition to our school lunches! This month, our eighth-grade students had the opportunity to select two of their favorite meals to be served in the cafeteria. Next month, it will be the fifth gradersโ turn to pick their top lunch choices for November. As the year progresses, each class will have a chance to choose their favorite lunch to be featured on the menu. Weโre looking forward to seeing all the delicious options our students come up with!
