Penns Valley Marching Band

THIS WEEK August 18 - 24, 2024

Thursday, August 22nd

Grange Fair Parade starts at 1pm

Plan to arrive by 12:30pm, at the latest, meeting around the large field near Gate 3
Instrumentalists: Wear PV Bands Navy Blue Polo Shirt, Khaki Shorts, and Sneakers/Tennis Shoes
Band Front: Wear Band Front uniform
If you are coming to Grange Fair by car, you have to enter through Gate 4
Anything not left for the trailer needs to be brought with you to Grange Fair

Friday, August 23rd

Away Football Game at Bellwood-Antis HS

For instrumentalists, wear a navy blue shirt underneath your uniform

3pm Arrive to PVJSHS, Rehearsal at the football stadium

4pm Dinner break, help load band trailer, & change into uniforms

5pm Depart PVJSHS

6pm Arrive at Bellwood-Antis HS

7:05pm Kickoff

8pm Halftime performance

9:30pm Game ends, reload trailer, depart Bellwood-Antis HS

10:30pm Estimated return to PVJSHS

Parent Volunteers Needed - PV Music Boosters
