PENNSYLVANIA TEACHER OF THE YEAR ANNOUNCEMENT
As you may know, one of our very own faculty members, Mrs. Sharon Williams, is one of TWELVE finalists for the 2024 Pennsylvania Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Williams is an 8th grade Language Arts teacher on Team Endeavor. Mrs. Williams was initially nominated by one of her former students. Following the nomination, she has progressed through a rigorous evaluation and screening process that has spanned the last year. On Monday, the Pennsylvania Department of Education will announce this year's winner during a ceremony being held in Hershey, PA. We are so proud of Mrs. Williams and feel so fortunate to have her as a member of our Springton Lake team. Good luck, Mrs. Williams.
You can watch the livestream of the announcement HERE between 12:15 PM to 1:00 PM.

If your child is ill, please consult the following RTMSD guidelines to determine if your child should attend school:
If your child tests positive for Covid, please consult the RTMSD guidelines for what to do:
State mandated health screenings are in progress. All students will have their height, weight, and vision screened. In addition, students in the 7th grade will have scoliosis and hearing screened. Please contact the school nurse with any questions.
