Meet our Peace of Mind school counselor--Ms. Zoe Everett
I am thrilled to join Sacred Heart School as your new guidance counselor this fall! I grew up in northern MN and went to college at St. Olaf in Northfield. I have a wide variety of experience working with children of all ages. My greatest joy comes from cultivating spaces where kids can be themselves. When I’m not at school, you can find me horseback riding, exploring the outdoors with my two dogs, Cowboy and Riley, or getting lost in a good book. Here’s to a fantastic school year ahead!

Ordering breakfast and lunch for September-ORDER NOW
We use a catering company, Trio Community Meals, to provide our breakfast and lunch meals for students. For the ease of ordering, we use a website called Boonli so that parents may pre-order breakfast and lunch meals for their children. We recommend you order meals for the entire month. Trio will only deliver the amount of meals that are pre-ordered each day.
Please log into Boonli-
https://sacredheart.boonli.com/login
School code--SH244
If you are a new family to Sacred Heart, please click on Create an Account. If you are a returning family, please use your log in information from last year. Please order no later than August 22 to make sure your child has a lunch on the first day of school.
Breakfast and lunch is free if your child is in K-8th grade.
PreK does not qualify for free breakfast and lunch. Our preschoolers may order lunch through Trio. They are not eligible for breakfast.
Milk comes with each meal. If you would like to order an additional milk or need a milk due to your child bringing a cold lunch, you may do so. Parents may also order an extra entrée or extra pizza slice for an additional fee.
The monthly menus will go “live” the 15th of the previous month so that you can order. We will remind families to order each month through the weekly school newsletter.
If your family qualifies for free/reduced lunch, please complete an application for us. We do receive some state funding that relies on the number of applications we receive.

New COVID guidelines for schools
Reminder that with COVID, there is NO LONGER a mandatory exclusion time. The general rule is that it is now treated like other respiratory illnesses such as the flu. The guidance is to stay home when you are sick/have illness symptoms. When symptoms are improving and you are fever-free for 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing medication, you can return. Welcome Table for the New Evangelization
Jesus modeled for us his plan to bring the Good News of the Gospel to the world by establishing a small community of believers around him and giving them a mandate to carry on his work. How does this happen through ordinary people like us? Archbishop Hebda’s vision of small group ministry aims at helping this manifest itself in our wonderful archdiocese. Please plan to stop at the “Small Group Ministry” table on “Back to School Night” and find out more about how parents can participate in small groups to foster friendship and faith right here at Sacred Heart.

Please consider golfing, donating a silent auction basket or donating to this wonderful event.
Athletic News-Coaches Needed 2024-2025
Attention Parents, Grandparents and former Coaches!
Sacred Heart is in need of coaches for girls basketball, softball and baseball.
Positions are volunteer and can be used towards your family volunteer hours. Not to mention forming long, lasting relationships with Sacred Heart parents and students!
The girls’ basketball season runs from the beginning of January into the 2nd week of March.
Softball and baseball run concurrently from the beginning of April until the end of May.

Need help paying for tuition?
MN Fundraising Initiative (MNFI) secures contracts with over 23 venues in the greater Twin Cities area including Target Field, Target Center, Canterbury, and US Bank to operate food and beverage concessions stands at their events.
MNFI organizes teams of volunteers from all over the state of MN and WI who work together to run these stands. In turn, MNFI receives donations from these venues. The donations are then used to award grants to families in local communities to allow youth to attend private school, such as Sacred Heart Catholic School and participate in enrichment activities they may not otherwise be able to enjoy. Checks are mailed directly to Sacred Heart in your name.
Many of our school families use this organization to help pay for tuition.
Click on the website and create an account by clicking on the “Volunteer registration”.
