Thurston Family Update
January 24th

Message from the Principal
Thurston Family,
As the weather gets colder, our Drive-line keeps gets longer. To support a quick and smooth drop-off/pick-up process for everyone, we ask everyone to follow these important Drive-line procedures.
- Parents/Guardians must stay in their vehicles. Please do not get out of your vehicle. If you need to get out of your vehicle to support and/or say goodbye to your child, you must park on the street and walk up to the building with your child.
- Parents/Guardians must pull as far forward into the Drive-line as possible when dropping-off and picking-up. Cars stopping prematurely backs up traffic onto Prairie St. This further delays drop-off and pick-up as cars backed up onto Prairie slow the process of vehicles leaving our lot to make space for more vehicles.
We will continue to remind parents to pull all the way forward and to stay in their vehicles. Please be sure you follow our Drive-line procedures daily!
Your proud principal,
Cory McElmeel
