Klein ISD Anti-Drug Week- We will be teaching our students about ways to stay healthy and drug-free during the week of October 28-November 1. There is a theme each day, to help make the week more memorable!

Monday- Shade Out Drugs (wear sunglasses)
Tuesday- Too Bright for Drugs (wear bright colored clothing)
Wednesday- Drugs Can't Find Me (wear camouflaged clothing)
Thursday- What's Your Anti-Drug? (dress in a way to represent your passion or favorite activity)
Friday- Team Up Against Drugs (wear clothes that represent your favorite team)

Election Day- Election Day is coming up on November 5. There will be no school for students on that day. Hassler is a voting site on November 5. If you prefer to early vote, the Klein Multipurpose Center is one nearby option, available now until November 1. If you need more information about voting locations, please visit harrisvotes.com.
Klein ISD School Board- On your election ballot, you will see three open Klein ISD school board positions. If you'd like to learn more about the candidates, you are welcome to attend a candidates forum hosted by Community Impact. It will be at Klein Cain High School on Monday, October 28 from 7-8:30.
Hassler Trot- The Hassler Trot fundraiser is up and running! We've got some classes who are starting to earn time in the "Kick Back Lounge", and they are so excited! Help your child's class by making a donation on the Hassler Trot Fundraising site!

More Hassler Trot!- You are invited to come cheer on the Ponies on the day of the Trot! If you plan to attend, please pre-register here and we will have your badge waiting for you when you arrive. The date is Friday, November 8. The times vary by grade level, available on the Fundraising site and the pre-registration link.
Storybook Pumpkin Patch- Here is an optional fun family project for the fall break! Get a FAKE pumpkin and decorate it as your favorite storybook character! Bring in completed pumpkins by Friday, October 25. We will send them home on Friday, November 1. Read all of the details on this document.
Full STEAM Ahead Family Fun Night- Save the date of Thursday, November 14 from 6:00-7:30 for our fall family fun night!
Tri-M Trunk or Treat- The Tri-M Music Honor Society would like to invite our Hassler Ponies to a Trunk or Treat from 6-8 on Saturday, October 26. There will be live music, candy, and games! See the flyer in the Community Connections section below.
