Illness Guidelines:
Parents, please be vigilant with keeping kids home if their fever has been 100.4 or higher or have experienced vomiting in the last 24 hours. Your should be fever free or vomiting free for 24 hours (without medication) before returning to school.
Clothing for school:
Please be sure to have your child bring a change of clothing for spills, wet slides, or bathroom accidents. We have a limited amount of clothing at school, and don't always get our borrowed clothing returned. We also accept gently used children's pants and underwear if you are cleaning out your closets.
PTO Fundraiser
Exciting news, our PTO Fundraiser is back again this year. Our Cookie and Pastry fundraiser starts on Monday, November 4th and will end on Friday November 22nd. PTO will not be able to take any orders after 4:05 on the 22nd. Orders can be taken on the paper forms that are being sent home or through the online portal which can be accessed by scanning the QR code located on the paper.
When registering online please make sure to register under your student's name. Please note there is a mistake in the order forms that were sent. If you locate the Puff Pastry form you will see two Strawberry and Cream pastries listed one in red and one in blue, this is a mistake. The red Strawberry and Cream (S/C) is correct; however the blue one should be Blueberry and Cream (B/C). If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Fernandez at nicole.zersen-fernandez@ops.org or Kara Winther at kara.winther@ops.org.

What is the Campus Portal for Parents?
The Campus Portal for Parents, part of the Omaha Public Schools student information system, allows parents and guardians to monitor their children's academic progress online. Using the internet, parents will be able to log in and view district and school announcements, schedules, current and final grades, missing assignments, attendance, immunization records, account statements and class newsletters. Additionally, parents will be able to email teachers and print a variety of reports including IEPs, current progress reports, current report cards (secondary only) and unofficial transcripts.
