Roadrunner Families,

First, thank you for a fantastic second week of school. As I have been in-and-out of classes some of the things I have seen teachers do with your students are...

• Teaching learning routines that make your child feel safe, connected, and ready to learn in the classroom.
• Fostering independence by challenging them to be problem solvers and then seeing students rise to the task.
• Creating classroom communities that have a shared understanding of what their role as learners is.

These are only a small glimpse into the amazing things that are happening here at Greenacres. Thank you again for entrusting your most prized possession to us; your student.

On another note, our Eastern Learning Community has established a policy around the use of cellular devices at school. Here at Greenacres we are adopting that same policy. Please see the letter that explains that new policy here. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask.
