Principal Message
Hello Seahawks! This week our K-3 students finally completed the Fall Dibels screener, and our secondary Language Arts students had the pleasure to meet and learn from one of our village elders. Our students also got the opportunity to participate in 3D printing, drone, and robotic engineering projects.
Next week our student will continue to grow and learn with their weekly lessons and on Thursday we will have our second cultural day activity. As we approach the end of September, we will reward our students who have been "Soaring to Success" all month. These students will get to participate in our monthly SOAR game room party. Lastly, we will also reward the class with the highest monthly attendance rate. The entire class will be invited to our Attendance Matters: Open Gym. As always, my door is open and our team welcomes your input as we continue to SOAR to Success !
Quyana,

SEPTEMBER : STUDENTS OF THE MONTH
Carlene Cleveland
Carlene Cleveland comes to school each day ready to learn and participate. She always shows her positive behavior by following the Seahawks expectations, being respectful, responsible, and ready. She is always kind and respectful of her peers and teachers. Carlene cares about herself and others. She is quick to care for other students when they need help. She also takes initiative everyday to help with things that need to be done around the classroom. I can always count on her to follow through with instructions and be the class leader. She is an amazing child who always stays on top of her academics on her own. I am so happy to have her in my classroom!
