For Learning Coaches that are ALSO the Legal Guardian
Terrific!
If you are both the Learning Coach and the Legal Guardian on file for your student, you have 3 OPTIONS to choose from to access the Re-Registration Portal:
- You can access the Re-Registration Portal from within the Online School while signed into your Learning Coach account.
- You can use the K12 Mobile App.
- You can complete the process online via the web.
New option for SY 23-24!
OVCA Here! Tell us your (insert student's first name) plans for next school year. Respond 1, 2, or 3 to start re-registering for the 23-24 SY:
1 – Registering
2 – Undecided
3 – Not Registering
From there you will be prompted to log into your OLS account to complete your re-registration.

Log into your LC account in the Online School to complete your re-registration!
B. k12 Mobile App Re-registration!
Complete your re-registration right at your finger tips from the k12 app!
C. Parent Portal Re-registration!
By-pass the OLS and go straight to your Parent Portal account to complete your re-registration! Click button below for instructions!

The 123's
1. Shipping address verification
- If the shipping address has not changed, the parent confirms it’s still correct and proceeds to the portal questions
- If the shipping address has changed, the parent is asked to provide an updated shipping address. The system will validate the address against Pitney-Bowes before allowing the family to submit it.
2. Portal questions
- After confirming or changing their shipping address, registering families will be prompted to answer a series of questions in the portal
3. Compliancy documents
- After confirming or changing their shipping address, and answering the portal questions, families will be prompted to submit the compliancy documents needed for the next school year.
