PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
Dear Trojan Families,
I’ve been enjoying the conversations and emails from students about our incentive fun lunch. It’s clear that when we set a goal for students, they become more motivated to engage and succeed. I hope this fun lunch serves as another reminder of the excellence we strive for here at Northwestern.
Important Reminder About Campus Safety
I would like to follow up on my phone call earlier this week regarding the importance of keeping everyone safe on campus and maintaining a climate of excellence. As students enter the campus, they are required to wear their ID badges. This allows security, teachers, administration, and staff to quickly identify those who belong on campus and those who do not, helping to ensure a safe and secure environment for all.
Students may remove their IDs once they are in class but must put them back on whenever they leave the classroom and move around campus. Additionally, gates and doors should never be opened or propped open. All visitors must enter through the Welcome Center at the front of the school.
Thank you for your cooperation and support in fostering a safe and excellent environment for our students.
In partnership,
Michael Abraham
Principal
STOP BY THE JOB FAIR
Congratulations to our Bands

This is a rare achievement statewide and has set a high standard for concert performance.
The Concert Band earned Excellent Ratings from the stage judges and a Superior Rating in sightreading! This Overall Excellent Rating is an incredible accomplishment for our band program.

COMPLETE THE FAFSA FORM
College bound students, regardless of income, who want to be considered for federal, state, and school financial aid programs (including grants, scholarships, work-study funds, and loans) should head on over to fafsa.gov to start your form today.
ENROLL, ENLIST, EMPLOY
Seniors should be considering what they are planning to do after graduation in just a few short months. It's ok to not have a definitive plan right now, but they should be thinking about all of the available options-tech or trade school, college, military, or career opportunities. Students may speak with their school counselor or our career counselor for assistance.
Visit School Counseling / Career Planning for career counseling opportunities.

Attention Seniors with Painted Parking Spots
Please go ahead and make plans to have your parking spot painted black by May 3rd. If you choose not to paint it yourself, you can pay $60.00 to the Athletic office, and we will paint it for you. If you paint your spot, please use black water-based latex exterior paint and do not paint over the white lines. You have until May 3rd to have it painted or pay the $60.00 to the Athletic office. If neither of these are done, then $60.00 will be placed on your school account. Any questions please reach out to Coach Gaither or Mrs. Skipper in Athletic office.
Senior Yard Signs
Senior yard signs are $20. They can be purchased by visiting "A office".
