Preschool Parent Pick Up Change
In anticipation of cold weather and snow that is inevitably coming, starting on Tuesday, November 5th, our preschool parents will be parking in the front lot (see map) before walking to Door W to pick up their preschoolers and K-5 sibling(s). They will be using the crosswalk, so please watch for increased use of this crosswalk and help us keep everyone safe.
Weather Changes
As we have seen outside this week, the weather changes quickly around here.
Please make sure that your student is prepared to go outside in changing weather.
We try to get the students outside for recess as much as we can even in the cold, so please make sure to send appropriate clothing for students, coats, hats, gloves etc.
Thank you for your help!
There is still time to get in your Wall of Honor Submissions!
In recognition of Veterans Day, Rice Lake Elementary PTO will be putting together a Wall of Honor in the Atrium to recognize and honor family members of students and staff
that have served our country, past or present.
There are two options to submit your Veterans Day information to us!
1. Submit virtually: Click the link below, fill out the details, attach a photo of your Veteran in uniform, and we will create the page and print for you.

2. Submit in-person: Each student will receive a printed copy of the form. Use the 2nd page of this handout. Fill it out, add some color, attach a picture of your Veteran in uniform, and turn it into your teacher! (we will return original photos) If the form is misplaced, you can print one here: https://tinyurl.com/Veterans-Day-Sheet
