A Message from the Administrator

Greetings MCS Families,


We had an amazing start to the school year in one of the best weeks I have had at MCS!!! We are so lucky to have such great students, staff, and families this year. The first day we started off with a morning meeting that included staff introductions and going over rules/procedures for the year.


On Friday, the entire school practiced our lock down and fire drills. We announced to teachers and staff prior so they were able to prepare the students. Everyone did a great job and it all went very smoothly.


I hope you all had a wonderful Labor Day weekend and I look forward to another great week!!!

Our Lunch Policy

For students ordering lunches or milks, we recommend an initial payment at the beginning of the school year of $50. The business manager will check your balance on a weekly basis and will notify you if your balance has dropped below $0.00. Lunch payments must be made in advance and a positive balance must be maintained in your account. Ultimately it is the parent/guardians responsibility to maintain a positive balance.


Payments can be made via bill pay, check, cash or credit card via our website.

Required Paperwork due September 17th

We are sending each student home today with a survey for parents to fill out. This is required by the Idaho State Dept. of Education and the Office for Civil Rights. The purpose of the survey is to determine whether or not a student is eligible for language services. Please return these no later than Sept. 17th. Thank you!
