World Down Syndrome Awareness Week March 17 - March 21
Down Syndrome Awareness Week is an important occasion for our school community to come together and celebrate the uniqueness, abilities, and potential of individuals with Down syndrome. This week provides an opportunity to educate students and staff about Down syndrome, promote inclusivity, and foster a culture of acceptance and understanding. By raising awareness, we can work to eliminate misconceptions, challenge stereotypes, and create a more supportive environment for everyone, regardless of their abilities. Let’s embrace this opportunity to learn, grow, and support one another in creating a more inclusive and compassionate school community.
