The Eagle's Nest
October 2024
Happy Tuesday Eagles!
Dear Eagle Families,
Check out the latest and greatest picture of our faculty and staff! We are thankful to have each one of them on our team, serving students at CEEM!
Our teachers and students are a building strong family culture, striving to be the best every day! Please pay attention to student folders with notes and homework in order to stay connected to your child(ren)s education! We want you as a strong partner in their growth and achievement!
CEEM has character traits of the month, which we embed into everyday learning for our students. Please help us teach your child(ren) about these important character traits:
September: Respect
October: Self-Discipline
November: Caring
December: Responsibility
January: Integrity
February: Cooperation
March: Citizenship
April: Trustworthiness
Students will be selected by their peers for exhibiting the character trait of the month, each month og the school year! These students will be recognized at a "Character Breakfast"! This month, our students have been learning about "self-respect"! Help us by teaching your child about this and all character traits!
We kicked off the Book Fair yesterday! Please read information sent home by your child's teacher to know which dates and times they will be attending the Book Fair!
We are looking for parent volunteers to start a Parent Teacher Organization (P.T.O.)! If you are interested in supporting our school through volunteering, please email Dr. Lisa Peele, Interim Principal @ lisa.peele@onslow.k12.nc.us.
