Family-Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday, March 27th from 12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Students will be dismissed at 11:05 a.m. on Thursday, March 27th. There will be no cafeteria service on that day.

Families will be required to schedule family-teacher conferences using the Online School Interviews website. You can access the site from our school website or by typing the following URL: https://schoolinterviews.ca/code/85r3t. Detailed instructions are attached below to help you schedule your interview times.

Homeroom and Instructional Resource Teachers will meet families in their classrooms. Specialist Teachers (French, Physical Education, Music, Art and Guidance) will be situated in their designated office areas. A room directory will be posted in the main entrance of the school.

Interviews are strictly 10 minutes and spaces are limited. If you require more time with a teacher, please arrange a separate meeting by telephoning the school.

School Development Surveys are conducted annually to gather feedback from students, staff, and parents/guardians to inform the school development process. The survey results will be provided to your child’s school and used with other data to identify the school’s strengths and challenges. Your child’s school will then create and implement a plan to build on successes and address areas of challenge.

The survey is anonymous, which means that we cannot connect your survey responses to you. We encourage everyone to participate so that we have the most accurate representation of family perceptions at your school.

The Family Survey will be available on February 24th, 2025. Please complete the survey by April 4th, 2025 by clicking on the following link: https://ca.research.net/r/SDFamily2425EN. If you do not have internet access contact your school.
