Fun Run was a huge success! THANK YOU
Thanks to your support, we have surpassed our goal of raising $65,000 in our Booster Fun Run! Each grade had a successful run on Friday. Many families joined us and we had an incredible day. Our top-earning class was Mr. Lucidi's 2nd grade class, so they turned me into a human sundae! I had a blast, but it may be a while before I enjoy Hershey's syrup again.
Our top six individual students who raised the most money last week participated in the Egg Challenge. They had a dozen eggs to crack - half hard-boiled and half raw - on our Assistant Principals! Mr. Myers and Ms. Phillips were great sports and even cracked the extra eggs on each other! All in all, we had a fantastic day. I sincerely appreciate your support and that of our community.

Help needed for Nov 16 Clean Up Day, Garden Club
Have you been to the Butterfly Garden on campus? Our fantastic Clayton Garden/Clean Up Club has been hard at work over the past few weeks! They have been picking up trash around campus, watering our many flowers and plants in the garden, and feeding the turtles at the Clayton Pond!
The 3 pumpkins that made it through our dry summer & fall were harvested on Monday, October 7th. They are on display in one of the glass cases outside of the cafeteria - be sure to check them out this week along with all those lovely Literary Pumpkins when you come visit your kiddo for lunch! Mrs. Walker and our fabulous parent volunteer Ms. Sharoon have prepped and planted broccoli, cauliflower, and garlic for the next round.
