12/1/24 - Student and Family Edition
Message from Mr. Mulligan
Thank you for the incredible family engagement through the start of this school year. It was wonderful to see more than 50% of our families participating in our holiday meal! Coming up we have some very important family engagement events. Family engagement is critical for school and student success. Student conferences will be held on Friday Dec 6 and Monday Dec 9. Please schedule with teachers if you haven't already done so. The Newark Street School Winter Concert is on Monday Dec 16 at 6pm. Please complete the School Climate Survey by the end of this week. And please complete Burke Mountain Waivers ASAP!
Away Message Dec 7th - Dec 31st
I will be away from the end of the day December 6th through December 31st to compete in the Half Ironman World Championships in Taupo, New Zealand. While I am super excited to have this opportunity to travel with my family and compete in another world championship event, I am sad that I will miss our Winter Concert and the other fun December activities. If your student takes my bus in the morning, you will need to arrange other transportation from Monday Dec 9 - Friday Dec 20. I apologize for this inconvenience.
