5th Grade Yearbook Dedications – ACTION Needed!
Please create a dedication to your Maple 5th grader
for our Maple Yearbook!
Hello Fifth Grade Parents,
In honor of our 5th grade graduates, we have reserved some pages in our yearbook for dedications to these students.
Parents, grandparents, other relatives, and friends have the opportunity to send 1 Congratulation messages to your 5th grader. Let them know how proud you are of them and all their hard work!!
Your Yearbook Team are requesting a baby picture and dedication message from family for your 5th grader. The picture and your best wishes message will help say goodbye to elementary school.
What we need from YOU:
1.Baby Picture (Scanned photo at highest quality level)
a. Original files preferred.
b. Please do not crop photos.
c. Please, no photos saved from the Internet.
2. Dedication Message: Come up with your message of pride and love to your child and wishes for them as they leave elementary school to start middle school! (Max: 200 characters)
