Message from Trinity's Mom and Dad
Most Proud of: Her genuine kindness, her incredible maturity, how capable she is, her insanely good handwriting, and her phenomenal writing.
Favorite elementary memory: Dad's favorite memory is building a robot with her for a project. Mom's favorite memory is of hearing about all the times she went out of her way to help other students.
Message from Odin's Mom
Most Proud of: What makes me most proud about Odin is his outlook on life. He's one positive guy who loves socializing with others. Odin is a kind friend to everyone. He's also one athletic guy! It's hard to narrow which sport he's best at since he's good at them all! Lastly, Odin is a complete math whiz who beats me a chess every time.
Favorite elementary memory: My favorite memory of Odin at GW is during his 3rd grade concert because he was smiling pretty much the entire time! I couldn't help but smile too because I could see how much fun he was having playing the xylophone and boom wackers :).
Message from Zoey's Mom
Most Proud of: Zoey genuinely cares for everyone and wants everyone to be successful.

Dear Families,
Get ready—the Scholastic Book Fair is coming to our school! This is a great opportunity to connect with your child over the thrill of bringing home new books to dive into again and again. Studies show that kids read more when they choose books for themselves. A love of independent reading boosts academic success, plus children who read more frequently also report improved mental health.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Book Fair:
Dates: February 20 from 4-7:30pm
Location: Greenwood Library Media Center
When you fund an eWallet, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to a giving initiative called
Share the Fair™. Your contributions directly support our students who need help buying books
from the Fair. Many of us still remember the rush of finding the perfect book at a Scholastic Book Fair. I hope you’ll join your child at our school’s Fair and share a reading experience they’ll remember forever.
February is I Love to Read Month, and we have some exciting events planned for Greenwood!

A Glimpse Into Greenwood 📸
Did you know?
Greenwood got a brand new, beautiful kiln installed this fall! Our previous kiln was manufactured in the 1970's and required manual temperature adjustments. It was also not very energy efficient. Our new kiln is all installed and ready to go for our clay projects!
