2. BE PREPARED! I cannot stress this enough. Prepare healthy grab and go food. Get rid of foods that are off plan. Share your goals with friends and family so they can support you. The more prepared you are, the easier it will be to make healthy choices.
3. COMMIT! Decide that for 30 Days you are committed to this Challenge. We all make mistakes, or make a poor choice, but don't let that derail you. Hop right back on track. Complete the six steps below, check in every week, ask for help and support when you need it. Change is not always easy, but it WILL be worth it. Take your health into your own hands!
