November 2024
From the Principal's Desk
Dear Isham Families,
As we enter the month of November, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude for your continued support and dedication to our school community. This time of year reminds us of the importance of thankfulness, and I am truly grateful for each student and family that makes our school special. The character trait we are focusing on this month fits perfectly - Gratitude! The attachment below provides a quick overview of what we will be exploring this month. We look forward to seeing many of you during parent teacher conferences or during our upcoming Veteran's Day Program. Continue reading for details about these events. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me or your child's teacher if you have any questions. Thank you for being an integral part of our Isham family.

Counselor's Corner
Isham families,
During the month of October, students learned about responsibility and how they can be responsible at school, at home, and in their community. Our character trait for the month of November is gratitude. Here is one of my favorite quotes about gratitude:
"The more you practice the art of thankfulness, the more you have to be thankful for." - Norman Vincent Peale
November's classroom guidance lessons will be focused on educating students about various coping skills they can use when feeling dysregulated during the school day, at home, or wherever! If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, please let me know. I can be contacted by email at treagan@wadsworthschools.org or by phone at (330) 335 - 1440.
Miss Thora Reagan, School Counselor
