Students of Color Outreach Day at Georgetown University Law Center
Prospective law students are invited to Georgetown University Law Center’s Students of Color Outreach Day, a valuable opportunity to learn about the admissions process, financial aid, and Georgetown’s exceptional community. Attendees will have the chance to meet with Admissions staff, current students, and professors. The program includes essential information from Dean of Admissions Andy Cornblatt, a panel Q&A with diverse Georgetown Law students, a mock first-year law class, career and financial advice, a campus tour, and breakfast and lunch. U Baltimore Law - Diversity in the Law Open House 11/16
This open house is for prospective law school applicants who are passionate about diversity in the law. All are welcome to this collaboration between the University of Baltimore School of Law Office of Diversity and the Office of Law Admissions.
Open house attendees will hear from alumni, admissions officers, and current students about why diversity is so important to legal education, the justice system, and the practice of law.

- Textron 2025 Legal Internship: This is a 10-week, paid full-time internship located in the Washington, D.C. area, primarily at Textron Bell's Advanced Vertical Lift facility in Arlington, Virginia, with some work at Textron’s corporate office downtown. Candidates should be full-time students pursuing a BA/BS in public policy, legislative affairs, or foreign/international affairs. A strong GPA and interest in defense, military, or public affairs are preferred. Previous professional experience is a plus.
- The Information Technology and Innovation Foundation Policy Intern, Global Innovation: ITIF a Washington, DC-based think tank, is seeking a policy fellow for spring 2025 to research global innovation and trade policy issues, starting on or after January 15, 2024. Applicants should be undergraduate or graduate students in public policy, economics, political science, international relations, or a related field, with a demonstrated interest in technology and trade. Strong research, writing, and organizational skills are essential. The position is part-time, up to 20 hours a week.
- BPC Action (Government Relations) Spring 2025 Internship: BPC is looking for part-time interns for the fall and spring semesters, offering a stipend of $3,000. Applicants must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program or be recent graduates. Internship hours are flexible to accommodate class schedules, with a hybrid option available for spring. Interns will support staff in various policy areas, including economic policy, early childhood development, energy, health, immigration, paid leave, and congressional reform. Responsibilities include research, writing, monitoring news, assisting with social media, blogging, and other communications tasks. This role provides valuable exposure to key congressional players and opportunities for strategic outreach.
- Walgreens Government Affairs Intern : Walgreens seeks a motivated Government Relations Intern to gain hands-on experience in healthcare, business, and public policy. The intern will assist with research, analysis, and communication on legislative and regulatory issues affecting Walgreens and the retail pharmacy industry. Candidates should be passionate about government and policy, eager to learn, and local to the Washington, D.C. area. Applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program with at least two semesters remaining, and possess strong communication skills, teamwork experience, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Pacific Legal Foundation Legal Policy & Constitutional Scholarship Internship (Spring 2025): This internship offers the chance to work with two teams: the Legal Policy team, advocating for reforms to enhance individual liberty and address unconstitutional regulatory agencies, and the Constitutional Scholarship team, developing legal theories on property rights, equality, opportunity, and separation of powers. Ideal candidates are inquisitive, creative, self-motivated college juniors, seniors, graduate students, or recent graduates passionate about liberty, with strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Brookings Research Internship, Ethics, Rule of Law, and Accountability, Governance Studies Spring 2025: This internship is for undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students pursuing a master's degree, focusing on U.S. governance and rule of law. PhD students are not eligible. The position pays $17.50 per hour, requiring a minimum commitment of 32 hours per week (40 preferred) during business hours, with some schedule flexibility.
- American Action Forum Regulatory Policy Internship - Spring 2025: The American Action Forum (AAF) is a forward-looking, non-profit policy institute dedicated to keeping America strong, free, and prosperous. It seeks to promote common-sense, innovative, and solutions-based policies that will reform government, challenge outdated assumptions, and create a smaller, smarter government that will serve its citizens better.
- Guidehouse Subcontracts Legal Internship: The Guidehouse Internship Program is open to candidates with no prior experience, requiring enrollment in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program through Fall 2025, with graduation by Summer 2026. Interns gain hands-on experience on real projects within a global professional services organization, working collaboratively with teams to support clients. Each intern is paired with a Buddy for guidance throughout their internship experience.
- Constellation Government Affairs Intern: Constellation is seeking highly motivated students for paid summer internships lasting approximately 10 weeks between June and August 2025. Interns will work on independent projects under the guidance of a supervisor, gaining valuable real-world experience. Candidates must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or have graduated within the past 6 months, with a minimum GPA of 2.8 overall and 3.0 in their major. Ideal applicants will have a strong academic record, a collaborative spirit, creative and analytical problem-solving skills, and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Must be eligible to work permanently in the U.S.
- Shifts Market Legal Internship NY: Shift is offering an unpaid internship on their Legal team, with academic credit available. This position requires 20 hours per week and can be completed either remotely or on-site in NYC. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field, such as Public Policy or History, and have experience demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with extensive legal research experience. As a Winter Legal Team intern, you will focus on licensing and regulatory research, regularly interacting with the Legal team and receiving mentorship from the Associate Counsel.
- Haraka Headhunters Legal Intern NY: A Brooklyn-based legal search firm specializing in corporate attorney placements, is looking for 2 to 3 interns to join their team. Ideal candidates should have exceptional writing skills, attention to detail, and an interest in recruiting or a legal career. Law school students, political science majors, and paralegals are encouraged to apply. The internship offers a paid stipend of $1,800 per month, with opportunities to learn about various legal practice areas and potentially secure a full-time position. This is a great chance to gain experience in sourcing and recruiting lawyers across the U.S.

- RTX Summer 2025, Intern: Government Relations (Onsite, Washington, DC): RTX Global Government Relations is seeking a Summer Intern to support its public policy and legislative goals. The role is ideal for candidates interested in how corporations engage with U.S. government agencies and Congress, particularly in areas like national security, commercial aviation, and space. The intern will gain hands-on experience in analyzing and developing materials that support RTX’s legislative priorities, attending relevant external events, and working on special projects to assess the impact of policy developments on the company. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Government, or a related field.
- ULA Government & Political Science Internship - Summer 2025: As a Government & Political Science Intern at United Launch Alliance (ULA), you’ll gain hands-on experience in government outreach within the Government Operations & Strategic Communications team. You’ll support professionals on various assignments, shadow operations, and contribute to larger projects, gaining insight into the aerospace industry’s business side. Networking opportunities with ULA staff and fellow interns will also be available. To qualify, you must be a junior or higher in college, with a minimum GPA of 2.90. A valid driver’s license is required for internships in certain locations (Alabama, California, Florida, or Pueblo, CO), and motorized transportation is recommended for others (Denver, CO or Washington, DC). You should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field, with a preference for those emphasizing Government or Law. The internship requires full-time availability for at least 10 weeks in summer 2025, and you must plan to be enrolled for Fall 2025.
- Santander Regulatory Relations Intern: The Regulatory Relations Internship at Santander Consumer is a 10-week Summer Internship located in Dallas, TX, for undergraduate students graduating between December 2025 and May 2026. The internship will support the State Regulatory Exams team, focusing on how the organization conducts state examinations. The intern will assist the Regulatory Relations Manager with the execution of state examinations, ensuring adherence to procedures and timelines. The role involves collaborating with the Business Control Office team and various stakeholders across Santander Consumer.
- DSM-Firmenich Summer 2025 Internship Program - Regulatory Affairs Intern - Shelton, CT - Hybrid: The 2025 DSM-Firmenich Summer Internship Program offers undergraduate students the opportunity to work on real business projects and gain professional experience in the Regulatory Affairs field. Located in Shelton, CT, the internship will provide exposure to various areas within the consumer products division, which markets and distributes #1 branded probiotics and women's health products globally. Interns will engage in events, network with peers and leadership, and participate in mentoring opportunities, all while building valuable experience for their resumes. The program runs from June 9th to August 14th, 2025, and is open to students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs, Pre-law/Paralegal, Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.), or a related field.
- NBC4/T44 Community Affairs Internship – Summer 2025: The NBCUniversal Internship Program offers students the chance to contribute to significant projects in media, entertainment, and technology. To be eligible for the Summer 2025 Program, candidates must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution throughout the internship duration (June – August 2025). May 2025 graduates are not eligible. Applicants must also have a current class standing of sophomore or above (at least 30 credits). This program provides an opportunity to work on impactful projects, while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideal candidates are passionate about media and entertainment, eager to learn, and ready to contribute.
- Midrex Intern - Legal (Summer 2025): The 2025 Summer Internship Program at Midrex provides undergraduate and graduate students with an immersive experience, offering hands-on exposure to the business world within a people-centric organization. The paid internship runs from June to early August, with a flexible commitment of 20-40 hours per week. Interns will gain valuable insights into business operations and contribute to meaningful projects. To qualify, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or Juris Doctorate in Law or a related field) and have a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- Wacker Compliance Intern Summer 2025: The WACKER 12-week Summer Internship Program offers college students hands-on experience in key functional areas of the chemical industry, focusing on professional development and exposure to meaningful projects. Interns will gain valuable business skills, deepen their knowledge in their field of interest, and contribute to the company’s success in the global marketplace. The program is designed to foster a diverse and inclusive work environment. The internship is open to rising sophomores or higher pursuing an undergraduate degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Pre-Law/Political Science, or a related field. The position is based at WACKER’s Charleston, TN site, where interns will work closely with the Compliance team. Ideal candidates are highly motivated and eager to engage in a challenging and rewarding experience.
Johns Hopkins Undergraduate Debate Council
The JHU Debate Council (JHUDC) practices college parliamentary debate in both American and British formats, offering members the chance to compete in tournaments and enhance their public speaking skills. We provide team-wide practices and host social events for all members.

Mock Trial at Johns Hopkins University
Dive into the exciting world of Mock Trial, where competitive acting meets the law! Each summer, the American Mock Trial Association (AMTA) releases a 120-page case packet filled with affidavits, expert reports, and evidence that serves as the foundation for the year's competition.
In Mock Trial, you'll participate in realistic trial simulations, taking on roles as lawyers and witnesses. Teams consist of three lawyers and three witnesses, presenting opening statements, direct and cross-examinations, and closing arguments. Tournaments typically feature four rounds over a weekend, allowing you to compete on both sides of the case.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your public speaking, critical thinking, and advocacy skills while engaging with a supportive team. Join and experience the thrill of the courtroom!

Johns Hopkins Undergraduate Law Review
The Johns Hopkins Undergraduate Law Review (JHULR) is committed to amplifying young voices and providing accessible, informed legal analysis. Comprised of undergraduate students from various disciplines, the diverse team reflects the wide-ranging interests and viewpoints of the Hopkins community and beyond.
JHULR features two main components: an online platform that publishes articles regularly and an annual print journal released each spring. The Law Review aims to foster dialogue on both pressing legal issues and underexplored topics. They invite all interested individuals to contribute by submitting pieces to JHULR Online, helping to shape thoughtful discussions about the law.
