In honor of this mathematical holiday students participated in a Pi Bee to see who could recite the most digits of Pi. During the week grades 1-8 held individual bees in their own classrooms. The winners competed against each other this morning in front of the whole school.

The results were quite impressive. Congratulations to the returning champ, Koby in grade 3 who recited a whopping 167 digits.

As a reminder, we are unable to accept lunch deliveries during the school day. Please make every effort to send students to school with an appropriate lunch and snack for the day. We've seen great success with our partner, Simply Gourmet. You may access their menu at www.simplygourmetlunches.com

The Scholastic Book Fair is a great way to foster your child's love of learning. Studies show that kids who read 20 minutes a day are exposed to approximately two million words each year. Hop over to our Book Fair and find some great books for the whole family!

Choosing All Saints as our children's school is one of the best decisions we've made. My oldest graduated last year and I have two (a seventh grader and a fourth grader) who are still there. I'm a teacher myself and a big believer in the power of elementary/middle schools when they act as an extended family. At All Saints, the teachers work together as a team to guide the students through each educational milestone. They know every student, whether they have them in class or not, and the sense of community this fosters is powerful. Calling all performers grades 5-8!

We are looking to create a Youth Ensemble to perform in some songs and scenes in our production of Godspell! Performances are April 25, 26, and 27 at 7 pm in our gymnasium! We are setting our production in Times Square, New York, and are looking for performers of many ages to help create the bustling crowds. This is a great opportunity to perform in a full-scale high school production! If your children are aspiring actors, singers, and dancers, we would love for them to participate. We are looking to welcome 12-16 additional students to the Youth Ensemble. All students will perform in "Day By Day" and "We Beseech Thee," and depending on experience/availability students may be cast in additional scenes.

There will be 4-6 rehearsals only. If your student can only attend 1 or 2 of the performances, we can accommodate.
