Health & Wellness Tips ✅
1.) Stay hydrated
Drink plenty of water or other fluids to avoid dehydration.
2.) Eat Healthy
Healthy food are whole, single-ingredient foods that are unprocessed and free of additives. Incorporating these foods into your day can help improve your health, manage your weight and give you energy.
3.) Wash your hands
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water or use hand sanitizer when soap and water aren't available.
4.) Exercise
Even a short walk can help keep you strong and healthy. If you're indoors, get up and move around every hour.
5.) Get enough sleep
Aim for seven to eight hours of sleep each night.
6.) Get a flu shot
The flu shot gives your body a head start by forming antibodies to fight the flu virus.
7.) Take vitamin D
Vitamin D helps strengthen your immune system. You can check your vitamin D levels with your doctor, and they can recommend a supplement if you're deficient.
