The Sacrament of Penance (Reconciliation) is God’s gift to us so that any sin committed after Baptism can be forgiven. In confession, we have the opportunity to repent and recover the grace of friendship with God.
The time has finally come for our 2nd Graders to receive their First Reconciliation. It was an exciting moment and an amazing experience for our children since, after 4 months of preparation from September to February, they learned and were ready for the proper steps of confession.
On Friday, February 14, 2020, our 2nd Graders experienced their First Reconciliation with Rev. Fr. Manuel Estrada who officiated the sacrament.
We are so grateful, too, to all the 2nd Grade parents who were present and who are ever supportive of their children.
Great job 2nd Graders! You made it!
