Transcripts for January 1 Deadlines
Seniors! Follow the instructions on our flyer posted here to order your official transcript. Students must remember to follow each step so counselors are able to send the documents when they are ready. Please note- no transcripts can be sent without the student completing their transcript request card in the counseling office.
If you need a transcript sent for a January 1 deadline you MUST order the transcript by December 15. Counselors will be unable to send transcripts during the holiday break.
December Graduates
If you are graduating in December your Senior Survey is available on Naviance. This survey is required from the county for every student to complete prior to graduation. If you have problems locating the Class of 2024 Graduation Survey, please stop by the counseling office for assistance.
Diploma name verification and graduation ticket ordering have opened for Seniors! On December 1, a senior meeting was held to distribute information for diploma name verification and graduation ticket ordering. Please follow these instructions below to complete these activities.
Important HOPE Scholarship Information
The counseling department sent an email out to Seniors who do not have a Social Security Number (SSN) on file with the county. If your student does not have their SSN on file they will not be eligible for the HOPE or Zell Miller Scholarship. Seniors need to make sure they have submitted their Social Security Number to the counseling office, or you can upload a document in ParentVue. Our registrar, Ms. Morales will then be able to update your student's file with the information.
Please update your student’s social security number through ParentVUE or through the counseling office.
Log into ParentVUE:
- Click on Student’s Name
- Click on Change My Information
- Click on Student Information
- Click on Edit Student Information
- Scroll down past emergency contacts to Student Documents: Social Security is the second choice, click to Upload
- Upload image of Social Security Card
