Principal's Post
Hello Wildcat Families,
Reminders: Please make sure to follow our parking lot expectations and ensure safety of others. This includes driving slowly in parking lot to keep children and staff safe. We also like to remind you that all handicapped designated parking areas are reserved for those that have a handicapped license plate or tag. Please be considerate of others that need to park in these spaces.
Attendance: As we near the end of the quarter, we would like to remind you that attendance continues to be important for our students. We need to make sure our students are at school and on time. Please make sure to schedule appointments after the school day. I would also like to remind our parents that signing out students early is really impacting all of our students especially our middle school students. Any time students arrive late and/or are signed out early this impact their learning and will also impact their grades. We can’t stress this enough. We want your child/ren to succeed academically, however they must be at school. Thank you.

We will make sure you receive updated information and schedules for testing. Please help us encourage your child/ren by writing a note to wish them the best of luck on the testing. We also ask that you make sure they get a good night's rest, eat a healthy breakfast and come on time to school on their days of testing. Do note, that students can't be signed out early on testing days. We want them to try their best and put forth their best effort. The state test impacts their performance as well as our performance as a school. We believe in them and know that with your help, our students will shine!
Jump Party:
We will hold a “Jump Party” for all 2nd-8th grade students that have shown growth on their benchmark tests. We will also take into account student attendance and effort during our state testing. Teachers will notify Admin of students that will be allowed to participate. Once we solidify a date, we will ask for parent volunteers to come support us to celebrate our students successes.

Habit 7- Sharpen the Saw
Habit 7 is the habit of taking care of your body by eating right, exercising, and getting the right amount of sleep. It’s the habit of spending time with family and friends; to learn in lots of ways and lots of places, not just at school. The habit is about taking the time to find meaningful ways to help others.
