ANNOUNCEMENTS
WHS LEADERSHIP UPDATE!
It is with great pleasure that I inform you that Ms. Adrienne Eaton will remain on as a permanent Assistant Principal at Watertown High School. It goes without saying that Ms. Eaton has more than stepped up in her role as interim AP, she has crushed it. Ms. Eaton brings to us her years of experience in school counseling and leadership. Ms. Eaton has been eager to learn and lead in her new role and I know this will continue.
We thank Ms. Eaton for her commitment to Watertown High School and look forward to the years ahead under her leadership.
NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY FOOD AND CLOTHING DRIVE
The National Honor Society is holding both a clothing and food drive from March 25th to April 5th! Drop-off bins can be found in the main office and on the second floor of the building before the stairwells by Doors 3 and 4.
All clothes will be donated to More Than Words, a local nonprofit that aims to provide system-involved youth who are out of school or in the court system with job and business experience. They accept clothes donations of all sizes as long as they are lightly worn and in good condition.
Food donations will be brought to the Watertown Food Pantry, which provides food assistance to Watertown residents in need. We’re looking for any non-perishable food items like canned soup, cereal, pasta, rice, and coffee. Here is the link to a more detailed list of items that can be donated.
Please contact Ms. Lee (sharon.lee@watertown.k12.ma.us) Nina Paquette (nipaqu257@watertown.k12.ma.us), or Celia Gilbert-Sartori (cegilb676@watertown.k12.ma.us) with any questions.
