

Online Registration & TeacherEase

We think registration works best via the Chrome browser on a computer, but if you prefer, a TeacherEase app is available for free for Apple or Android users.
💻 How to log in:
The easiest way to access TeacherEase is to visit our website and click on the TeacherEase button under the giant picture.
Or you can click HERE: TeacherEase Login Page
Your username is your FULL email address. ie name@website.com
If you've forgotten your password or you don't know it, click on the forgot password link.
If you receive an error that your email address does not exist in TeacherEase, please reach out to your child's school secretary after August 1st so an account can be created for you. Note: TeacherEase Parent Portal accounts are only available to parents of current Savannah R3 Students.
You may also want to bookmark the TeacherEase login page for ease of access.
Follow the Prompts
Once you are logged in, and are directed to the 'Parent Main Page', you should see a pop up for completing online registration.
- If you don't have a pop up, click on the Miscellaneous button along the top and then select online registration.
- If you don't have a pop up, and you don't see a menu across the top of your screen, you should see 3 lines next to the words Parent Main, click here for the menu, then scroll to miscellaneous, and online registration
Register all students in your household
Remember that students who are NEW to the Savannah R3 School District will not be listed and must register in person after August 1st.
Complete each section, for each student
On the left hand side of your screen, you'll see a list of sections that need to be completed. You don't have to complete the sections in order but they must be completed fully before registration can be submitted.
Need to come back to registration later?
No problem! You may find that you need to stop or take a break in the middle of registration. The system auto saves your work, so you can log back in anytime and complete the forms. Just don't forget to submit your completed registration before back to school night!
A note for High School Students...
Online registration must be completed BEFORE you get your schedule, sign up for a locker, or do anything else during on campus registration week. Save yourself some time and do it before you go! Computers will be available in the commons area for anyone who needs to use a computer or complete registration that day.
Optional
Free and Reduced Lunch Application: We encourage all families to fill out a free and reduced lunch application. While this application is available any time, even after online registration is over, it's a good idea to fill it out as early as possible so that you can take advantage of the lower meal prices right away. See the flyer below for more information about the benefits of Free and Reduced lunch that go far beyond the cafeteria.
Please note that these applications must be filled out completely and accurately with the information for every member of your household or they will be returned for additional information.
New Document Uploaders: As you work your way through online registration you will likely notice that we've added a few new options to upload various documentation. These features are completely secure and the information you upload will only be available to staff members who have been given specific access (ie the nurse for sensitive health information). These fields are not required but are an easy option for parents/guardians who need them.
Pay Fees: While this is technically optional, we do strongly encourage parents/guardians to take care of student fees during online registration. Fees can also be paid in person, through the building secretary or during on campus registration or back to school nights.
Submit Student Data
That's it! You've just completed online registration and it wasn't so bad, right? Now you can relax until August!

🥪Add Lunch Money 🧃
In TeacherEase, parents can pay online for student fees and meals. This can save time and a trip to the school to fill the student’s lunch account or pay for the yearbook and other fees. It is worth mentioning that a parent can view and pay for all their children’s fees online from the same page.
Follow these steps to make a payment on the parent portal:
- Go to Parent Main > Miscellaneous > Fees
- Make Online Payment
- Continue
- Enter your credit/debit card information
- Submit Payment
- A receipt will be available on the next screen. We recommend printing a copy for your records.

2. Look for Communication Preferences or Notification Settings
3. Here, you can customize your communication preferences:
- Can TeacherEase send me messages?
- If you would prefer not to receive messages via TeacherEase, you can shut this feature off completely. Note: this is not recommended. Emergency alerts will still come through.
- Messages from Staff
- Control how you receive messages from staff at your child's school.
- Email (this will come to the email address you use to log into TeacherEase)
- App Notifications
- Text Message
- Voice Call
- Announcements: School Closure
- Automatic Notifications
- TeacherEase can send automatic notifications for the following:
- Grade Updates
- Missing Work
- New Assignments
- Student Absence
- Low Lunch Balance
- Do Not Disturb
- Set the hours that you don't want to be notified and all alerts will be delayed during those times
- Primary Language
